Wastewater testing in Lower Saxony 2027
Summary
The State of Lower Saxony, represented by its Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour, Health and Equality, is procuring wastewater testing services for 2027. The contractor will arrange sample logistics from six wastewater treatment plants, prepare samples and use qPCR or RT-qPCR to test for SARS-CoV-2, influenza A/B and RSV A/B, with an estimated maximum of 624 samples for the year. Testing for additional pathogens, particularly Mpox and West Nile virus, may be commissioned when needed; there is no lot division.
