Supply of all-in-one PCs

Summary

The procurement concerns the supply of 97 all-in-one PCs to the University of Duisburg-Essen. Delivery must take place between 1 November 2026 and 31 January 2027 to the point of use identified as V15 S03 C11. Each computer must have a 24-inch (60 cm, ±1 cm) display with at least Full HD resolution, an SSD of at least 512 GB, at least 32 GB of RAM, and an x64 processor with at least 8 cores and 16 threads, a boost frequency above 4.5 GHz and the specified PassMark results. The graphics solution must meet the specified PassMark and 3DMark results; a dedicated graphics card must have at least 4 GB of memory. The required features also include at least three USB 2.0-or-higher ports, at least two of which are USB-A, Gigabit Ethernet/RJ45, an HDMI or DisplayPort output, a Kensington lock slot and a Windows 11 licence. Power, network, USB and Kensington connections must be located on a non-moving part of the computer. A 1 TB SSD option may be priced separately. The bid must state the country of delivery. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest price; alternative bids are not permitted. Bids must be submitted electronically with the required forms. Contract performance must comply with the contractual, confidentiality and data-protection terms in the tender documents.
