Dual Projection Systems for Interim Buildings

Summary

The tender covers the supply and installation of identical presentation systems in eight seminar rooms in the Technical University of Dortmund’s interim buildings. Each room is to receive two laser projectors showing the same image, two manually operated projection screens and a pair of loudspeakers. The system includes table connection panels with HDMI and USB-C, automatic signal switching, transmission over the existing shielded twisted-pair cable, a network-controlled metering power strip, and the necessary cabling and mounts. The contract includes delivery, installation, connection, configuration, commissioning, a ten-working-day trial period, user instruction and room-by-room documentation. The planned delivery period runs from calendar week 49 of 2026 to calendar week 13 of 2027; installation dates may be shifted by up to eight weeks beyond that period.
