Supply of an industrial robot arm

Summary

The procurement is for one series-produced industrial robot arm, supplied with an integrated controller, three grippers, the required standard software, connection and installation accessories, and technical documentation. The robot must have 6 axes, a reach of 300–650 mm, a payload of 0.5 kg, repeatability of 50 µm and a weight of no more than 20 kg. It must also have 1 µm encoder resolution, a black anodised aluminium-alloy arm, maintenance-free operation, floor, wall and ceiling mounting options, ISO Class 6 cleanroom suitability, and Python programmability through an official SDK/API. The electrically operated grippers must be suitable for handling objects less than 1 mm thick and more than 26 mm wide. Delivery is DAP to Max-Born-Straße 2A, 12489 Berlin, under Incoterms 2020, no later than 31 December 2026. The offer must state the net price and delivery time from order placement. Price is the sole award criterion and has a 100% weighting. Compliance with every technical minimum requirement is mandatory; failure to meet them results in rejection. The bidder must accept that its own standard terms and conditions, including payment and delivery terms, will not apply. Offers must be submitted electronically. The bidder must provide the declaration concerning exclusion grounds and company information; each consortium member must submit a separate declaration, and declarations may also be required from subcontractors and other businesses providing capacity. Contractual women’s advancement measures apply according to company size.
