Supply of interactive displays, mounting systems and mini PCs for schools in the Oberhavel district

Summary

The procurement covers 16 Newline 86-inch interactive 4K touch displays, or equivalent newer models, 16 double-pylon mounting systems with whiteboards, and 16 mini PCs running Windows 11 Professional for three schools in the Oberhavel district. The work includes delivery to classrooms, installation of the displays and mounts, system setup, testing and commissioning, as well as dismantling and environmentally sound disposal of old displays at Linden School. Only new equipment intended for the German market and certified by the manufacturer in that form is accepted; refurbished or grey-market imports are not permitted. The displays must meet the technical requirements, including 4K UHD resolution, at least 20 touch points and Android 13 or later. The mini PCs must have at least 16 GB of RAM, a 512 GB SSD and Windows 11 Professional 64-bit. Displays and mounting systems require a warranty of at least five years, and mini PCs a three-year warranty. Free support in German by telephone and email is required on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00, with a technical-support response within four hours and on-site restoration of service within five working days. CE-marking evidence for every product must accompany the offer; failure to provide it results in exclusion. Delivery, installation and commissioning are generally due by 30 December 2026. The five equipment sets for Louise-Henriette Gymnasium must be delivered to an agreed address by that date and installed and commissioned during the school’s winter break, 1–5 February 2027. The procurement is not divided into lots, variants are not permitted, and price is the sole award criterion. Offers must be submitted electronically in German by 13 October 2026 at 13:00; questions should, where possible, be submitted by 8 October 2026. Participation requires the specified forms and price schedule, net turnover of at least EUR 100,000 in each of the last three completed financial years, three qualifying references of at least EUR 20,000 each, and the required insurance and professional authorisation.
