DigiWohl hardware procurement

Summary

The procurement covers hardware for the DigiWohl project: one server with installation of a standard server operating system, one firewall, 20 laptops, 25 wired mice, 25 headsets, 22 cable locks, 20 scanners, 15 iOS tablets with 15 styluses and 15 cases, and 15 Android tablets with 15 cases. The server and firewall must be installed on site; detailed technical specifications are set out in the tender documents. Delivery is required as soon as possible and no later than in time for invoicing to take place in 2026. The server and firewall are to be delivered to Büdelsdorf and the other devices to Neumünster; the price must include packaging, transport, insurance, unloading and delivery to the place of use. The estimated contract value is EUR 119,000 excluding VAT. Offers will be assessed on price (80%) and quality (20%). To participate, bidders must provide the required turnover and reference information and declarations concerning eligibility and exclusion grounds. Offers must be submitted electronically in German.
