Supply and installation of a water softening system

Summary

The Berlin Fire Brigade is procuring one twin-column water softening system for its breathing-apparatus workshop in Berlin, including an emergency water bypass, accessories and associated equipment. The supplier must deliver and install the system, commission it and instruct the operating staff. Delivery and installation are due within eight weeks of contract award. The package also includes a system separator, continuous residual-hardness monitoring equipment, a control box and a frame or enclosure. The system must provide a flow rate of at least 3.0 m³/h and contain at least 2 × 60 litres of ion-exchange resin. Evidence of DIN EN 1717 compliance and lead-free DVGW certification is required for the system separator. A technical product data sheet must accompany the offer. Offers must be submitted electronically in German by 15 October 2026 at 08:00. Price is the sole award criterion.
