Framework agreement for website maintenance and development

Summary

This tender is for a framework agreement to maintain and develop the websites of Landesforsten Rheinland-Pfalz. Work will be ordered as needed and covers programming, administration and editorial work; software maintenance and fault repair; provision of new software versions; urgent measures to keep the websites available; and user support. The work also includes software customisation and further development, new software development, advice, project management support, training and implementation support. The websites use Typo3 and related technologies, among others. The framework agreement starts no earlier than 1 January 2027 and runs for 48 months, with an option to extend it once for 12 months. Work is called off as needed, and the agreement guarantees no minimum volume. Bids will be evaluated by lowest price. Submit the bid electronically by 9:00 a.m. on 15 October 2026, using the contracting authority’s forms and including the price form and required declarations. The bid must be in German, priced in euros, and signed. Travel, material and incidental costs, as well as travel time, are not reimbursed separately. Maintenance fees are paid quarterly; the hourly rate for unforeseen work is not included in the bid evaluation.
