Summary
The tender is for the supply, installation and commissioning of a laser marker for the medical faculty’s biobank to mark cryostorage tubes. It must also mark freely configurable text, logos and simple images, with a throughput of at least 500 standard tubes per hour (±50). Offers must meet every technical minimum requirement and include technical data sheets demonstrating compliance. The offer must include the base device and software, all necessary accessories, and an extraction or air-filtration system. The supplier must unpack, install and commission the device at Bielefeld University, demonstrate its functionality, and provide on-site instruction and user training; all travel and incidental expenses must be included in the price. Documentation in German or English is required. The defect liability period is 24 months from commissioning and acceptance, and spare parts are intended to remain available for at least 10 years. Delivery is DAP to Bielefeld University under Incoterms 2020, as soon as possible and no later than 23 December 2026. Free technical support must be available on working days in German or English by telephone, video call or email; qualified on-site service must be available if needed. The bidder must provide technical data sheets and declare that it holds customary business liability insurance; the successful bidder must provide evidence on request. A consortium must identify all members and an authorised representative and meet the suitability criteria collectively. If relying on another company’s capacity, the relevant completed form and, where required, that company’s signed declaration must accompany the offer; planned subcontracting must also be declared. No specific turnover or numerical prior-project requirement is stated. Offers must be submitted electronically through the NRW procurement portal by 15 October 2026 at 11:00. Price is the sole award criterion. A three-year maintenance contract may be offered, including at least one preventive maintenance visit per year with travel and labour; its price is not included in the award evaluation.
