Construction-site surveillance and lighting for Meschede vocational college

Summary

The procurement covers camera and alarm surveillance and the provision, operation and removal of general construction-site lighting for two areas of the Meschede vocational college project: the new main building (Phase 3) and the redevelopment of the emergency-services school (Phase 4). For each area, the contractor must prepare a surveillance and lighting plan, install and operate camera towers with alarm transmission and response, and provide outdoor lighting. Cameras must cover the entire site and all façades of the building under construction. The anticipated number is 2–4 towers, but the bidder must determine the number required. General lighting and traffic routes must receive 20 lux; entrances, transport areas and storage areas must receive 50 lux. The lighting must be maintained for 110 weeks in Phase 3 and 95 weeks in Phase 4. The planned performance period is 19 April 2027 to 4 May 2030; work must start no later than 12 days after written instruction. Bids must be submitted electronically by 29 October 2026 at 09:00. Price is the sole award criterion, and variants are not permitted. The bid must include the priced bill of quantities and the bidder’s declaration concerning the minimum wage.
