Supply of Mobile Devices for Finsterwalde Nehesdorf Primary School

Summary

The contract covers the supply of mobile devices and accessories for Finsterwalde Nehesdorf Primary School in three lots: 27 iPads with keyboard cases, styluses and headsets; 27 Android tablets with comparable accessories; and 54 Windows laptops with headsets, mice and two charging carts, each designed to hold at least 27 laptops. Bids may cover one, several or all lots. Each lot is evaluated separately, price is the sole award criterion, and the lowest-priced bid for each lot wins. Devices must comply with CE requirements, be new and intended for the German-speaking market; refurbished devices are not permitted. Delivery is due no later than calendar week 51 of 2026. If a device fails during the warranty period, the supplier must begin fault resolution within two working days. iPads must receive software updates through at least 2031, and the supplier must ensure their enrolment in the municipality’s MDM system via ADE. Android devices must have at least a three-year manufacturer’s warranty and operating-system and security updates through at least 2031. Laptops must have a warranty of at least three years. Technical data sheets for the offered products must accompany the bid. The bid deadline is 16 October 2026 at 10:30; bids and correspondence with the contracting authority must be in German.
