Supply of mobile devices for Finsterwalde Stadtmitte Primary School

Summary

The procurement covers the supply, in three separate lots, of mobile devices and accessories for Finsterwalde Stadtmitte Primary School: 27 iPads, 27 Android tablets, or 27 Windows laptops. Bidders may tender for one, several or all lots. Each lot is awarded separately to the lowest-priced compliant tender; price is the sole award criterion, and alternative tenders are not permitted. All devices must be new, intended for the German-speaking market and CE-compliant; refurbished equipment is not accepted. For the iPads, update support must be provided through at least 2031 and the supplier must enrol the devices in the city’s MDM system using ADE. Android tablets must run Android 15 or later, support MDM, receive updates through at least 2031 and carry a manufacturer’s warranty of at least three years. Laptops must run Windows 11 Pro or Education and have a warranty of at least three years. For any device failure during the warranty period, the supplier must begin remedial work within two working days. Delivery is due no later than calendar week 51 of 2026. The tender must include the price schedule for each lot bid for, a declaration concerning suitability and exclusion grounds, and technical data sheets for the offered products. The tender and correspondence with the contracting authority must be in German. The submission deadline is 16 October 2026 at 10:00.
