Audiovisual technology at Grassistrasse 12

Summary

The procurement covers the supply and installation of audiovisual equipment at the University of Leipzig’s Studienkolleg Sachsen at Grassistrasse 12. New equipment is required for two hybrid seminar rooms, two connectable hybrid seminar rooms, and one meeting room. The equipment includes interactive touch displays, board systems, loudspeakers, PTZ cameras for capturing lecturers and participants, ceiling microphone arrays, wireless microphones, Auracast hearing-support systems, control and connection systems, and a projector with a motorised screen. The work includes delivery to the place of use, mounting, installation, setup for operation, acceptance, and user instruction and training. The work must be completed by 31 January 2027, and the bid ceiling is €230,000 including VAT. The bid must include the completed offer form, the bill of quantities in the required spreadsheet and PDF formats, a suitability self-declaration, the company and service questionnaire, and the bidder’s own detailed offer without its own standard terms and conditions. Evidence of the assigned staff’s qualifications and Extron certificates for the proposed programmers are required. Questionnaire answers must be submitted as a separate attachment and cover component availability and delivery times, staff availability, planned on-site work duration, the number of qualified technicians and programmers assigned, and service and maintenance options, including response times and technician call-out costs. The award criteria are price (50%), complete delivery and installation by the deadline (20%), the number of available qualified media technicians and/or programmers (10%), and the response time until full restoration in a warranty case (20%). The bid deadline is 20 October 2026 at 10:00; questions must be submitted by 12 October 2026. Only one main bid is permitted; alternative bids and division into lots are not предусмотрed.
