Framework Agreement for Presentation Workshops and ERC Interview Coaching

Summary

The procurement is for a framework agreement divided into two lots: English-language, in-person intensive presentation-skills and pitch-coaching workshops for technology start-up teams, and English-language online one-to-one coaching to prepare researchers for ERC interviews. The workshops must help participants craft persuasive presentations for investors, customers and partners, practise a five-minute pitch and receive individual feedback. Each workshop lasts 8 hours, with a maximum of 16 participants. ERC coaching includes preparation based on each participant’s research project, refinement of the presentation and talk, practice answering questions, and feedback. Each participant is expected to receive 6–8 hours, which may be split across several sessions. Estimated annual demand is up to two workshops, or 8 workshops over the potential contract period of up to four years, and 50 hours of ERC coaching per year, or 200 hours in total. These are estimates, not guaranteed orders; there is no minimum purchase commitment. The framework agreement begins on 1 January 2027, initially runs until 31 December 2027, and may be extended by the contracting authority three times for one year each. The maximum order value is EUR 46,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and EUR 125,000 excluding VAT for Lot 2. Bids may be submitted by lot; alternative bids are not permitted. To participate, bidders must submit the required suitability declaration or, alternatively, the European Single Procurement Document; turnover information for the last three completed financial years; at least three completed references meeting the requirements for each lot bid for; evidence that assigned personnel have English proficiency at C1 level or equivalent; and a company profile. Bidders must also name the trainer or coach assigned to each lot, provide that person’s CV and evidence of experience, and submit a quality concept of at least two A4 pages.
