Non-magnetic rotary bearing

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of one rotary bearing made from non-magnetic materials. It must support and rotate measurement objects around a vertical axis, withstand a static axial load of at least 1,200 kg and a tilting moment of at least 3 kNm, and have an outer diameter of 800–1,100 mm. Maximum rotational speed is 2 rpm and maximum rotational resistance is 100 Nm. Ferromagnetic materials are not permitted, and suitable mounting holes must be provided on both the upper and lower sides. The operating temperature range is 0–35°C, and the design life must be at least 1,000 operating hours or 100,000 rotations. The maximum 1,200 kg load is expected for about 10% of operating time; the drawing specifies a maximum 0.3 m distance between the centre of gravity and the rotation axis. Bids must be submitted in German through the electronic procurement platform by 10:00 on 23 October 2026. Price is the sole award criterion. Alternative bids are permitted if they meet the minimum requirements and clearly describe and substantiate their differences.
