Hosting, support and further development of the foundation's website

Summary

The contract covers hosting, support and further development for the Stiftung EVZ websites stiftung-evz.de, augenauf-kinotag.de and 25-jahre.stiftung-evz.de, as well as support and further development for the website of the commission addressing injustice against Sinti and Roma and its associated TYPO3 content management system. The site mit-stempel-und-unterschrift.de must also be hosted. The framework agreement is scheduled to begin on 1 February 2027 and run for two years, with an option to extend. The offer must be in German, legally signed by a person authorised to submit it, and emailed by 12:00 noon on 2 November 2026 as a password-protected PDF; the password must be sent in a separate email. Unprotected offers will not be considered. Precise qualification and exclusion requirements must be checked in the tender documents. Questions may be submitted until 23:59 on 26 October 2026, except for questions concerning price or award criteria.
