Redesign of the Aschendorf Moor Trail

Summary

The procurement concerns the substantive and visual renewal of the Aschendorf Moor Trail for visitors to the nature reserve. The commissioned services include planning and designing visitor information, writing and laying out up to seven information boards (including three with interactive elements), designing wayfinding signs, creating a visual identity and route map, and sourcing images or obtaining image licences. The work may also include educational materials for guided tours, video and audio files, and English translations of the board texts. Physical installation of the boards, viewing platform and benches is not part of this procurement. Bids must be submitted electronically by 11:00 on 15 October 2026; alternative bids are not permitted. Work must start no later than six working days after receipt of the order and be completed by 28 February 2027. Bidders must submit three references for comparable work from the last three years and either a suitability self-declaration or the European Single Procurement Document.
