Framework agreement for the supply of joint sealing compound and spreading material

Summary

The procurement is for a framework agreement to supply joint sealing compound and spreading material for the city of Dresden from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. The minimum, estimated and maximum order quantities for the joint sealing compound are 5,280 kg, 10,560 kg and 15,840 kg respectively; for the spreading material they are 1,600 kg, 3,200 kg and 4,800 kg respectively. Bids must cover the entire contract and be submitted electronically by 9 October 2026 at 12:00; alternative bids are not permitted. Bidders must provide company, turnover and two suitable reference details, as well as CE declarations, information on standards and quality marks, product data sheets and instructions for use. A declaration concerning the exclusion grounds identified in the notice is also required.
