IT Baseline Protection Training for Practitioners and Consultants
Summary
The procurement will establish framework agreements running from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2032 for IT baseline protection training in two lots: IT baseline protection practitioners and IT baseline protection consultants. Bids may cover one or both lots, with no limit on the number of lots; one suitable contractor will be selected for each lot. Training will mainly take place in Berlin, with sessions elsewhere in Germany or online when needed. Class sizes are normally limited to 12 participants, and dates will be agreed after the contract is awarded. The contractor will plan and deliver the training, develop and update course content and materials, publish digital materials in the contracting authority’s learning environment, and ensure accessibility. The practitioner lot also includes administering examinations. Estimated quantities for Lot 1 are 36 days of in-person practitioner training and 6 days of in-person practitioner update training, 36 and 12 days respectively of the corresponding online training, and 288 examination units. Lot 2 includes an estimated 24 in-person and 24 online days of consultant training. Each lot also includes up to 15 hours of exceptional additional course-design work. These are estimates and do not guarantee orders or revenue. The bid must include the required trainer profiles, evidence of BSI listing for the relevant training, a course design of no more than 10 pages, and separate answers on working methods and quality assurance. At least half of the available points must be achieved in each quality subcriterion. Price accounts for 70% of the evaluation and quality for 30%. Bids must be submitted electronically, be complete and leave the procurement documents unchanged; alternative bids are not accepted.
