Mowing Tractor with Cab and Flail Mower

Summary

The procurement concerns the supply of a cab-equipped mowing tractor with a front-mounted flail mower. It will be used to mow grass on road embankments, at parking and rest areas, and on other designated sites. The tractor must have an engine output of at least 27 kW, four-wheel drive and hydrostatic transmission. Its maximum permissible gross weight, including equipment, must not exceed 1,700 kg. The flail mower must have a cutting width of at least 1.4 m, and the tractor must have municipal hydraulics for operating other attachments. The tractor must be delivered ready for operation with the mower by 30 December 2026, with delivery no earlier than 2 November 2026. Delivery locations are the road maintenance depots in Kavelstorf, Glienke, Gramzow and Freiwalde. The bid must include approvals and documents demonstrating suitability and authorisation for the intended use, such as GS and CE documentation and a stone-impact test certificate, the address of a nearby service station or authorised workshop, and product data sheets, descriptions and brochures. The bidder must complete the provided technical schedule; any alternative must be at least equivalent, with its equivalence explained. The bid must be in German, and the equipment must be handed over with operating, maintenance, repair, spare-parts and inspection instructions.
