Summary

The procurement covers the supply and installation of audiovisual and conference equipment in work hall 1.14 of the Freiberg core sample archive, as well as integration of existing media equipment in consultation room 1.19. The hall system includes a projector and interchangeable lens, screen, PTZ camera, document camera, speakers, touch displays, microphones and a mobile lectern, together with a system controller, Dante audio interfaces, amplifiers, encoders/decoders and local-area network equipment. The supplier must provide project management, workshop and installation planning, system installation and configuration, administrator and user training, acceptance testing, handover to the operator and documentation.
