Delivery of iron(III) chloride solution (annual contract)

Summary

This tender concerns the delivery of iron(III) chloride solution for two municipal wastewater treatment plants in Bad Honnef: Bad Honnef-Tallage and Bad Honnef-Aegidienberg. The contract runs from 01 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 with an estimated annual usage of about 245 tonnes (approximately 200 t for Bad Honnef-Tallage and 45 t for Bad Honnef-Aegidienberg). Deliveries are to be made in batches of up to 24 tonnes per plant; orders are placed by phone or e-mail; delivery must occur within three working days after order. Offers must be submitted electronically via the NRW procurement portal. Price is the sole award criterion and prices must be fixed. A product information sheet and safety data sheet must accompany the first delivery. The contract includes Tariftreue and minimum wage requirements, as well as payment and delivery terms; delays may incur a penalty of 0.2% per working day up to 5% of the net contract value.
