Delivery of plant protection products

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of plant protection products to the Centralny Ośrodek Badania Odmian Roślin Uprawnych – Stacja Doświadczalna Oceny Odmian in Zybiszów and to its affiliated experimental stations in Krościna Mała, Tarnów, Tomaszów Bolesławiecki and Jelenia Góra. The contract is divided into five tasks; bids may be submitted for one or more tasks. Products must be approved for sale in Poland in 2026 and 2027, with a minimum shelf life of six months from delivery. Each unit must bear the original manufacturer’s label complying with plant protection regulations. Substitutes are allowed as specified; deliveries are to be made by the Contractor’s own transport to listed warehouses; delivery deadline is 30 April 2027. The procurement uses an open procedure and, except for price, no other award criteria are stated; price is the only award criterion (100%). Payment term is 30 days. The contract will not be a framework agreement. The bidder may rely on resources of other entities under certain conditions, but remains fully responsible.
