Summary

The procurement covers the supply, installation and commissioning of one microprocessor-controlled key management cabinet at the Dresden correctional facility. It must securely store, control the issue and return of, and log vehicle and premises keys, and integrate with the facility’s existing KEMAS system. The scope also includes on-site training for approximately 10 staff members and software user support. A separate optional lot covers maintenance, which is not part of the initial contract; the specification provides for inspections and maintenance every 12 months after the warranty period.
