Outpatient measures under Section 10 of the Youth Courts Act in the District of Nienburg

Summary

The District of Nienburg/Weser is procuring outpatient measures under Section 10 of the German Youth Courts Act: social training courses and individual mentoring directives for young people aged 14–21 involved in criminal proceedings. The contract covers one social training course per year, for 6–8 participants, and approximately 20–25 mentoring directives per year in Nienburg. The measures are intended to support young people in leading a future life free of crime and will run from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029; the procurement is not divided into lots.
