Digital management system for the district of Paderborn's rescue service

Summary

This tender concerns the digitization and centralization of information processing for the rescue service of the District of Paderborn and partner organizations. The aim is to establish a future-proof, user-friendly IT solution that complies with data protection requirements, integrates around 315 staff and about 215 partner personnel, improves process traceability, legal certainty and quality assurance, and allows future inclusion of additional providers. The system should also support centralized warehousing and scalable information handling.
