Services contributing to removing barriers under CACEM's Local Plan for Integration and Employment (PLIE)

Summary

The tender covers six lots of services supporting social and employment integration under CACEM's PLIE programme: social and professional diagnostics, family budgeting advice, training in the use of digital tools, makeover and self-esteem workshops, skills assessments, and revitalisation and formalisation of professional projects. The services must be delivered to PLIE participants individually and, where appropriate, in groups. The framework agreement has an initial term of 12 months and may be renewed once for a further 12 months, with a maximum total duration of 24 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 21 September 2026 at 12:00. Each lot has its own maximum annual amount excluding VAT, and tenders must remain valid for 120 days.
