Summary

The tender covers the coordination of national, regional and international travel and the logistics of conferences and meetings for project partners during 15 October 2026–30 September 2027. The services include arranging flight and hotel options and bookings, visa and entry advice, insurance, transport and accommodation costs, event venues, interpretation, moderation, catering, hybrid-event technology, recordings, shuttle services and reporting. Generally, three venue options must be provided, and events for up to 100 participants must offer accessibility, the required equipment and, where needed, hybrid facilities. The bidder must submit separate technical and financial tenders in English, a completed eligibility self-declaration and the required annexes. The technical tender is weighted at 70% and the financial tender at 30%; only tenders achieving at least 500 points in the technical assessment proceed to financial evaluation.
