Media technology in the foyer

Summary

The tender concerns the procurement of an AV media technology system for the foyer of the Saxon State Ministry SMS (Sächsisches Staatsministerium für Soziales, Gesundheit und Gesellschaftlichen Zusammenhalt). The objective is to procure, deliver, install, program, commission and operate a complete AV system in the foyer area, controlled via a central interface, capable of supporting various use scenarios such as wireless presentations, hybrid meetings, and speaker setups, with network and power infrastructure provided. The project includes installation, testing, training and ongoing maintenance under an EVB-IT contract (60 months). Site inspection is required; optional maintenance extensions are available. The contract includes outsourcing and performance obligations, and a formal acceptance plan.
