Coordination and execution of extracurricular educational and sports activities in municipal public schools and institutes – open tender

Summary

The tender concerns the procurement of a coordination and execution service for extracurricular educational and sports activities in public primary and secondary schools in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The supplier will plan, coordinate and deliver activities across CEIPs, CEOs and IESs in five districts, manage enrollments, develop pedagogical programs and supervise staff (one General Coordinator, five District Coordinators, an Orientation Informant and an Administrative Assistant), ensure quality and safety, supply materials and produce monthly and yearly reports. The base budget is 1,020,417.99 euros including IGIC, with a maximum contract value of 1,927,276.98 euros; initial duration is two years (September 2026 to May 30, 2028) with possible extensions. The procurement is an open procedure under SARA.
