OSP Data Mesh
Summary
The procurement covers the development and rollout-ready implementation of a decentralized OSP Data Mesh for the Olympic training centres and other high-performance sports stakeholders in Germany. The contractor must create and implement locally operated data nodes that integrate file- and API-based sources, support mapping, validation, storage, controlled data products, exports, APIs, BI use and documented node-to-node exchange. The reference version must support at least two CSV sources and one API source, include at least three node instances, two reference dashboards, security, backup and recovery functions, and complete technical documentation and source-code handover. The participation application is not yet an offer; price, product concept and qualitative offer scoring are assessed in the subsequent offer stage. The indicative offer must include the completed offer form, price sheet, a product concept and the data-processing agreement. Offers must be prepared in German. The award criteria are product concept and project plan, including implementation period and transferability between providers, worth 60 points, and the evaluated total price, worth 40 points. The qualitative criteria 1.1–1.5 require at least 25 points in total.
