Continuation of existing decentralised services in the Smart City pilot project

Summary

The tender concerns the continuation and city-wide expansion of low-threshold digital literacy services in Halle-Neustadt and elsewhere in Halle from 1 January to 31 December 2027. The contractor must plan, deliver and coordinate individual support for technical and digital problems, including the “Dr. Data” service, and organise the annual digital ideas competition. The work must be accessible in several languages, in plain language and, where needed, anonymously; it must involve local organisations, sustainable digital education, cooperation with the city administration, monitoring and regular reporting. The bidder should demonstrate comparable services, turnover information for the last three completed financial years and the availability of suitable staff. Three references from the last three years must be provided if the tender reaches the final selection stage. A concept and a transparent cost breakdown are required. The maximum contract volume is EUR 180,000 gross. Submission and communication are electronic only through the City of Halle procurement portal, and bids are evaluated by price at 30% and substantive and professional quality at 70%.
