Webhosting, Maintenance and Support Services for the BJK Websites

Summary

The contract covers hosting, maintenance and support for the BJK websites in lot 2. The supplier must provide hosting under the contracting authority’s ownership, with infrastructure and data located within the EEA, at least 99.5% monthly availability, daily backups retained for at least 14 days, TLS security, monitoring, CMS maintenance, troubleshooting, content support and secure handover. The service is remote and is expected to run from 1 December 2026 to 31 December 2029, with an optional extension from 1 January 2030 to 31 December 2032. Bids may be submitted for both lots, and each lot is awarded to the most economically advantageous tender. The procedure is conducted in German and bids must be submitted electronically by 17 September 2026.
