Invitation to market dialogue: organisation of examination sessions

Summary

This is a market survey and market dialogue, not a call for tenders. Patentti- ja rekisterihallitus is preparing a procurement for organising examination sessions, initially covering auditor examinations and examinations organised by the Board of Industrial Property Attorneys. The service may include the examination venue, room arrangements, equipment used during examinations, required personnel and other services. Interested companies may register for the market dialogue by 25 September 2026 at 12:00 and submit written comments on draft procurement materials; the contracting authority may also arrange bilateral meetings via Teams. The written commenting round is planned for week 42 of 2026, publication of the invitation to tender for week 45, notification of the procurement decision for week 50 and contract commencement for 1 January 2027. No compensation will be paid for participating in the market dialogue, and the information in the notice is preliminary.
