Plasma washer

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and installation of a Plasma washer (plasma abatement system) for exhaust gas cleaning in semiconductor processing, including a multi-chamber configuration (up to 10 chambers with RIE, DRIE and PECVD-compatible chambers). The contract budget is €200,000 net.
