Summary

The tender concerns interior fit-out and general renovation of the main building of Wallraf-Richartz Museum Cologne & Fondation Corboud as part of the extension. The objective is to upgrade and integrate the existing building with the new extension, including safety systems, building services (TGA), heating and cooling, ventilation, water supply and drainage, electrical and automation, LED lighting, digital infrastructure (WLAN), photovoltaic system, accessibility improvements, façade and interior finishes, and logistics for art storage and administrative spaces.
