Supply of industrial floor-cleaning machines for the warehouses of the Cádiz Arsenal

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of five electric industrial floor scrubber-dryers for the warehouses of the Repuestos y Pertrechos Service at the Arsenal of Cádiz: two ride-on machines and three walk-behind machines. The contract has one lot, an estimated value of EUR 15,289.26 excluding VAT and a maximum budget of EUR 18,500 including 21% VAT. Delivery is due within one month of award and in any event before 15 November 2026, to the Naval Base of La Carraca in San Fernando, Cádiz. Offers are evaluated using automatically calculable criteria: price carries 90% and an extension of the minimum 36-month warranty carries 10%. The offer must include complete technical documentation proving compliance with the specifications; missing technical documentation leads to exclusion. Machines must be new, immediately usable, compliant with the specified EU machinery, low-voltage and electromagnetic-compatibility requirements, and supported by manufacturer documentation. The supplier must also provide access to authorized technical assistance, spare parts within less than one week, Spanish-language customer service and spare-parts availability during the warranty and for at least five years afterwards. Delivery, transport, loading and unloading are the contractor’s responsibility.
