Framework Agreement for Robotic Process Automation Services

Summary

The procurement is for a framework agreement covering Robotic Process Automation (RPA) services, primarily consulting related to the UiPath platform. Work includes developing new automation solutions; maintaining and enhancing existing software robots; analysing and correcting faults; advising on processes and system integrations; and testing and supporting deployment. Services will be ordered as needed, mainly remotely, with on-site work in Essen if required. The minimum contract period is 12 months, followed by up to three automatic 12-month extensions unless terminated at least three months before the end of the relevant period. Payment is based on work performed, subject to a ceiling of EUR 400,000; the tender must state a consultant-day rate. One consultant-day is 8 working hours. Travel, incidental and material costs, as well as travel time, are not reimbursed separately. Price is the sole award criterion, and variant tenders are not permitted. The tender deadline is 3 November 2026 at 10:00. The bidder must submit the required tender, price sheet, data-protection declaration, project-team and reference forms, and declarations concerning exclusion grounds and Russia-related sanctions. All requirements in the service description are minimum requirements; services and communications must be in German.
