Service and support contract for Nikon lithography equipment

Summary

IHP GmbH is procuring technical service and maintenance support from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2029 for two Nikon lithography machines: NSR SF150 and NSR S210D. The work includes preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair, breakdown support, service documentation and, when required and approved, spare and wear parts. For each machine and contract year, the service includes two two-week annual maintenance visits and five additional preventive maintenance visits of up to three working days each.
