Sana Klinikum Offenbach is procuring the supply and implementation of an automated RFID-based clothing issue system, combining a controlled room-based issue and return area with decentralised cabinets, plus software supplied as a cloud service. The system includes dirty-laundry return modules with capacity for at least 200 items and movable shelving for up to 16,000 garments. The contract also covers planning, installation, commissioning, start-up support, removal and disposal or recovery of the existing system, and maintenance for 10 years; installation is expected in the first quarter of 2027.
