Individual employment stabilisation and labour-market integration service in Kassel (WoFi – WorkFit)

Summary

The City of Kassel is procuring the WoFi – WorkFit individual employment-support programme for people with health-related barriers to work. The service comprises two modules: personal stabilisation and network-building with gradual preparation for employment, and intensive activation, job placement and support to sustain employment. Individual coaching, small-group activities, health-oriented support and, where appropriate, workplace trials are included.
