Equipping OSZ Eisenhüttenstadt with a connected production system for cross-border Industry 4.0 training
Summary
The procurement is for a modular, connected teaching and production environment for the Europaschule OSZ in Eisenhüttenstadt, designed to support Industry 4.0 education and cross-border production. The supply includes six production stations (material supply, quality assurance, processing, component placement, assembly and dispatch), an educational manufacturing execution system and web shop, digital-twin simulation software, energy management and monitoring, an Internet of Things gateway, industrial networking and cybersecurity training equipment, and workpieces and accessories. The system must support connected stations, remote access, data exchange and future expansion. The supplier must deliver, install, connect, configure and commission the equipment and train teaching staff. A total of 15 training days must be provided, with at least 8 completed by the end of April 2027; the remaining 7 days will be agreed separately and are expected in 2028. On-site commissioning, instruction and initial training must total 2 days. Delivery and commissioning must be completed by the end of March 2027. The learning platform must be available for at least 5 years, support 100 concurrent users and include at least 500 courses; the energy system must collect data from at least four stations. Bidders must provide at least three comparable reference projects from the last five years, technical evidence, and a completed minimum-requirements evaluation matrix and price schedule. All mandatory requirements marked as A-criteria must be met. Offers will be evaluated on price (40%), technical functionality (30%), quality of the educational concept (15%) and service (15%). The offer must be submitted in German by 3 November 2026 at 10:00.
