General furnishings and loose furniture for the Pang childcare centre and primary school

Summary

The tender covers the supply and installation of loose furniture and general furnishings for the childcare centre and primary school in Pang. The items are for the existing school, its extension, the full-day care area and the community hall dining room. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 3 November 2026 at 09:00. Alternative bids are not permitted, and price is the sole award criterion. The bidder must provide suitability information, including turnover from comparable work for the last three completed financial years, relevant experience from the last three years and, if shortlisted, three references. The contractor must maintain liability insurance throughout the contract with minimum cover of EUR 1,000,000 for both personal injury and property damage. Furniture must meet the tender’s technical and safety requirements, including requirements for use around children under three and for timber certification.
