Procurement of a Common Data Environment for BIM

Summary

The tender concerns the procurement of a cloud-based Common Data Environment (CDE) for BIM projects carried out by Straßen.NRW. The platform will be provided as Software as a Service under a four-year framework arrangement, with approximately 90 projects planned. Users will include project staff, internal stakeholders and external participants. The supplier must provide separate project spaces, configurable workflows, role-based access control, document and model management, integrated 2D and 3D viewers, version control, online training and German-language user documentation. The system must support IFC 2x3 and 4.x, point clouds, BCF files, common office, image and video formats, browser-based upload and download, and secure return of all project data. The offer must include the required price sheet and criteria catalogue, a support concept, training concept, access concept, encryption concept for data at rest, cloud-provider privacy documentation and the required suitability declarations.
