Supply of polycarbonate sheets

Summary

The National Printing Company is procuring polycarbonate sheets or films as raw material for producing card blanks, including identity and travel documents. The 36-month framework agreement, running from 1 March 2027 to 28 February 2030, provides for an estimated minimum of 72,000 and maximum of 1,590,000 sheets, through six successive contracts. Its estimated value is RON 567,600 to RON 11,158,500, excluding VAT.
