The Information Society S.A. is procuring 12 months of maintenance, technical and operational support, and configuration services for its subsidy-programme payment system based on escrow accounts. The work includes incident handling, helpdesk and user support, payment-process support, security updates, testing, reporting, and configuring the platform to onboard new projects and programmes. The contract may be extended by up to 50% of its duration in justified cases.
