Phase VII – Heating and Cooling Plant

Summary

Katholieke Universiteit Leuven is procuring construction works for a fully electric heating and cooling plant serving the north-west cluster of new buildings. The plant will use water-cooled and air-cooled heat pumps, geothermal heat exchangers, and heat exchangers connecting it to three other buildings. The scope includes 3 water-cooled heat pumps, approximately 8 air-cooled heat pumps, 4 geothermal heat exchangers, and 6 heat exchangers for connections to other buildings.
