Design and manufacture of two metal stoplogs for the Kain and Hérinnes locks
Summary
The Walloon Public Service is procuring the design, manufacture and delivery of two metal stoplogs for the Kain and Hérinnes locks on the Upper Scheldt. Each stoplog must span 14 metres and have a total height of 6 metres; the scope also includes on-site measurements, execution calculations, handling arrangements, storage guidance and as-built documentation. The stoplogs are to be transported to a storage site, with Kain designated as the temporary outdoor storage location. The contract is to be completed within 240 calendar days.
