Asset and Liability Management System and Services

Summary

The Swedish National Debt Office (Riksgälden) is procuring an asset and liability management (ALM) system and related software licences or subscriptions, implementation, operation, maintenance, support, training and consultancy. The system will support financial risk analysis and strategic asset-allocation decisions concerning the financing of nuclear decommissioning and waste management in Sweden. The procurement is a single integrated lot, with an initial three-year operational services period starting on 1 March 2027 and possible annual extensions up to a maximum total of six years; the estimated contract value is SEK 2,500,000.
