Summary

Linköping Municipality is procuring a turnkey solution under a single-lot framework agreement, including the lease of ready-to-use outdoor fuel stations with tanks and dispensing equipment, bulk HVO100 fuel, delivery and refilling, and ongoing maintenance and technical support. The fuel must meet standard SS-EN 15940 and the sustainability criteria of the Renewable Energy Directive. The contract is planned to run from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2030, with an estimated value of SEK 2,500,000.
